Refund Policy

At NBSOFT PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, which are customized and tailored specifically to your requirements, we do not offer refunds once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with our services, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your project or service before the commencement of any work. In such cases, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund depending on the scope of the project and the amount of work already completed.

2.1 Cancellation before Project Start

If you cancel the project before any work has commenced, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

2.2 Cancellation after Project Commencement

If you cancel the project after work has started, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customized software solutions that have been delivered and approved by the client.
  • Any third-party services or software licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
  • Hosting services and domain registrations once purchased and set up.

4. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any payments made, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

In case the refund request is approved , the amount will get credited in 2-3 days
